You are granted a limited license to use the pattern only on the computer you downloaded it to and to print out a copy of the pattern with all copyright and trademark notices intact, for personal, individual use only.
Link sharing and/or file distribution is expressly forbidden.
Do not email the pattern to anyone else. That is a violation of copyright.
The pattern is not to be distributed by any commercial entity, library or guild without explicit written permission from Chic Knits. The PDF file is not transferrable.
The pattern is not to be used in any class without written permission from Chic Knits.

Using the pattern in any way as the basis for another pattern, modification of & re-publishing the pattern, transmitting, posting or uploading this pattern online, to a list service, library or database is strictly prohibited and is a violation of copyright.

Chic Knits encourages the user to save their PDF file in a location on their computer hard drive that will be easy to find and access and print out a backup. Chic Knits encourages users to print out all receipts associated with the user's purchase. Pattern purchases are non-refundable.
Chic Knits Patterns are provided in PDF (portable document format) and are opened with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. This program is included as a basic program on almost all computers. If you do not have it, it can be downloaded for free here:
