There was some dancin going on.

stuff.jpg
Clockwise WIP: Khaki Ribby Pulli; Chocolat CeCe; Violet MissBB;
Navy Elemental; Navy Nicole…

Ribby Pulli – 5″ done: I had hoped to finish the Pulli – am getting very close.

CeCe – 0″ done: CeCe forgot to get on the Bus and cried until we all got home…

MissBB – 5+” done: MissBB makes her debut – this was the traveling yarn – hoped to finish a whole sweater in 5 days, right, i was dreaming…

Elemental – 0″ done: the nearest canidate for FO status – only too dark to work on in the wild (dog hair anybody?)

Nicole – 1″ done: Nicole was too good in Cream not to be done in fabby navy wool/silk (hello Xmas party over a navy lace blouse) but ultimately had to hide from the puppy love too…

Actual SnowFall: 8″ ???
[check out my pal Curley’s pic]

  1. Elizabeth says:

Yes, I do want to arm wrestle!!

And I thought it was so funny that you are reading Devices & Desires; I, too, am reading a book by that name, but it is by Andrea Tone and it’s all about the development of contraceptives. Currently we’re still in the 19th century and making lots of pessaries and devices from sheep intesting…. ICK!!!

    What’s yours about?

  2. Bonne Marie says:

AHA! Your book sounds much more interesting!

Mine: Commander Adam Dalgliesh on the prowl for a serial killer on the coast of England where he encounters all sorts of social dilemmas stemming from the running of a Nuclear Power Plant near a very old village.

  3. Tracey says:

Well hello there. I love that purple yarn, is that double moss stitch I spy? Knit faster, you have me intrigued, I want to see this Miss BB. It looks good, real good. I stole your meme and put it on my blog =P

  4. scout says:

So weird. I just e-mailed you saying I miss my mama on days like yesterday. And do you know what her favorite food was? Snickers. She would cut them in half and keep them in the freezer.
    xo

  5. Patricia says:

    *waving*
    MMmmmmm, salami….
Mmmmmmmmm, the *new* Adam Dalgleish …
    I’m strong, too!!
It’s great that you saw your mom again.

  6. Wanda says:

Glad you got to see mom again, sorry about running out of gas, that’s no fun at all! Lots of beautiful projects on the needles. Can’t wait to see some of them make their debut! Funny, I’ve never read Elizabeth George, but isn’t her series the one that Inspector Lynley is from ? I enjoy watching the show on TV on DVD.

  7. Jennifer says:

I have to whole heartedly agree with salami as the superior lunch meat. Oh, an Johnny Depp in From Hell… nice. ;-)

  8. I can’t believe I read the whole thing…VBG. that was quite fun to read and just wanted to say I enjoyed visiting your site.

  9. amisha says:

i love that rain sound… my favorite is rain on a tin roof, reminds me of being in guatemala during the rainy season. best sleep of my life, curled up under wool blankets.

  10. Karen says:

I took piano lessons from ruler smacking nuns. Not fun. Every time I hit a wrong note…smack! I use to start crying about an hour before I had to go. Hated going there!

  11. Wannietta says:

I’m glad that I read this so that I can start saying your name right!

  12. Gina says:

I think From Hell is one of the funniest films! Johnny Depp was really cutting his teeth there for Pirates.

  13. janna says:

Angel is my favorite perfume, too — and I bought it for the first time many years ago at the State Street Field’s :-( And I miss my mom, too, even though I just saw her about 10 days ago….
