    I love it! How creative!

  2. Helen says:

Oh, thank you for the link to the ceramic items! They are beautiful!

  3. Debbie says:

Love the vases, and the Google translation is a real gem — especially nut/mother. Ouch :)

  4. Gina says:

    Gorgeous! Thanks for the link.

  5. margene says:

    I want them all!!

  6. MaureenM says:

What on earth is a nut/mother? I do hope it is a case of something being lost in translation!

  7. Angie says:

Not just nut/mother, a go-handicapped nut/mother! Also, she’s listed as an “appetizer”?!? What up with that?

  8. Debbie says:

“Nut” as in nuts and bolts = “Mutter” in German. Google was just covering all the possible bases with no sense of context.

  9. AnnP says:

Yup, raining here in NY, too. Just when you thought you’d seen it all, along comes a “nutty” knitter with great imagination!

  10. Bonne Marie says:

    Hi guys – isn’t this pottery INCREDIBLE~!?

I went back to the German URL because the translated version (which was pretty darn mangled – nut/mother?) did not link correctly to the CU’s of the pottery…

You totally just gave me my favorite new when-babelfish-goes-bad moment. “Actually Annette Bugansky looked for already for a long time for a fulfilling and meaningful occupation for its go-handicapped nut/mother.” hahaha!

Where’s the part about her being an appetizer?

  12. Delica says:

What a great find! Just goes to show the fiber arts are eeeeeeverywheeeere (eerie music in background)

  13. may says:

I wish we had rain!! :( poor me in drought-y texas!

  14. Jorun says:

I would translate “appetizer” into “sample” or “preview”, a selection that gives a taste of what the artist has to offer. The craft2eu.net website seems to label all their presentations of artists as “appetizers”. Spend some time on the site, there are lots of interesting artists there!

    Beautiful stuff!
You can go to Google, click language tools and enter the URL into the Translation window and get the page translated.
