Clockwise: Olivia — (Jo Sharp *Maple* cardi); Groovy Condo (August 5, 2003!); Ribby Hoodie — (Teal Cotton Fleece); Rowan Saffron; Citrine Shell
The last few days have been fresh and mild and the house has been airing out — a perfect time to complete my *Spring* Cleaning. I’ve been moving furniture, stacking and culling magazines, cataloging yarn and projects. And I, having found a hidden cache of marinating projects, am staring them down–they’re all yelling FINISH ME! at top volume and I am reaching for the coin to toss because it’s Summer and my brain seems to be on hold…
Instead how about a little poll…

Oh, the choices! Yet your Rowan Saffron, with that interesting & elegant knit texture pattern – oooh, aaah! Must follow a good example & find another wip to finish . . .
Darned noisy WIPs! Mine are looking at me rather menacingly from atop the armoire. I vote for Saffron :o)
Combined, they all make a great color palette. I voted but I have to chime in here that the Condo must be done for this summer. The ribbon will be so nice to wear when it is warm and then when fall peeks around the corner it will look great in the evening with a jacket thrown over it.
I agree — Saffron, Saffron, Saffron. I have no good reason why. They all look great!
The Citrine tank – just for the color!
My second choice would have been Saffron.
Well, whatever you do, I think you should finish a green project. :-} How’s that for advice that can’t help but be taken?
I would say finish Olivia b/c you’re so close and a great green color. There’s also Citrine which is just beautiful too. Saffron, I’m a little meh on. I like the Groovy Condo shell too.
Whew! I don’t feel so bad about my WIP number now. Now off to cast my vote…
I didn’t think Cotton Fleece would work for the ribby hoodie – are you knitting it at worsted gauge? I wanna know, because I’ve got a stash of Cotton Fleece, and this could be a fun way to use it up!
Cotton Fleece knits very nice at 20sts/28rows per 4 inches St st. which is the same gauge as the Ribby Pulli sweater series :)
The Brown Sheep ball band gives that as the gauge as well (5 sts per inch).
[The Ribby Cardi pattern knits at 19/24.]
